Fitness Body Types

As some may know there are three different body types. So with more knowledge of these body types making a decision of which fits your body is a must.

Endomorph

The body type known as Endomorph is the most prone to have more body fat when compared to Mesomorph and Ectomorph.

The other traits of the Endomorph body type is that muscle gain is a lot more easy, and is a lot larger in size.

So keeping this body type in good shape would be the result of moderate exercising and aerobics.

As of health risk the biggest health risk of this body type is it is more likely to become at risk for heart disease.

Mesomorph

The Mesomorph body type is by far of the best body types for a lot couple of very good reasons.

This is because they don't have to do much to stay in shape because they have an increased rate of building muscle on the body.

Another benefit of this body type is that they have little to no fat on there bodies and have a high percentage of muscle mass.

Ectomorph

The Ectomorph body type has a metabolic rate that is very high which leads to the existence of very little much muscle mass.

But the benefits of this body type include being good and sports that require endurance and staying very lean.

To work against the effects of the lack of muscle of this body type world be doing strength training and taking in more protein which will result in the growth of muscle mass.
