2:00 PM

2 servings of whey protein
Straw berries or 1 banana
1 zinc tablet (50mg)
16 oz of water


4:30 PM

2 servings of whey protein
Cheat food is popcorn
12 oz of water


7:00 PM

Steak or chicken breast
Green vegetables
16 oz of water
