If your looking for something different in your workout and dislike lifting weights constantly, this may be the the routine for you.

But remember this workout routine is not for the faint of heart, which is why it's called the Spartan workout.

Instructions

50 push ups
50 sit ups
50 touch your toes
two mile run
5 mile bike run
At the end 50 jumping jacks

All of these routines must be done in 30 minutes, 30 seconds!
