Tree Trunk Leg Workout routine

The following workout routine is for motivated weight trainers looking for massive tree trunk legs.

Instructions

Squats five sets between 12 to 15 reps.
Lying leg curl 5 sets 12 to 15 reps.
Stationary lunges 5 sets 12 to 15 reps.
Leg press five sets 12 to 15 reps.
Leg extensions 5 sets of 25 reps.
Standing calve raises 5 sets 12 to 15 reps.
