Spartan Workout routine

If your looking for something different in your workout regime and dislike lifting weights constantly, then you might want to give this workout routine a try.

Remember this workout routine is not for the faint of heart, hence the name, the Spartan workout.

50 push ups
50 sit ups
50 touch your toes
two mile run
5 mile bike run
At the end 50 jumping jacks
All of these routines must be done in 30 minutes, 30 seconds

The night before you perform this routine you should consume a high carbohydrate meal and around 6 to 8 hours of sleep.
